For many of us, Forks Over Knives presented more questions than it actually answered. The good thing is… it got us to think about the food choices we make each day, and to make a change for the better.
Once you start, you just might build a little momentum. Make small changes… eat a little less meat this week and see how you feel. If it works for you great, continue with it– if it doesn’t, try something else. Think dairy might be bad? Try going without it a while, see how you feel.
Don’t wait for the golden moment. The turning point. The perfect diet. There isn’t one. If you want to change something in your life, don’t plan to change the whole thing at once. Just begin.
